Updates

So, first off I'd just like to wish everyone a very happy New Year. Thats a picture of me on Christmas Eve HAHA.

Lately I haven't made a ton of reptile videos. Everyone knows that recently I was attacked by some haters and had to deal with that for a bit. I'm getting back in the swing of reptile videos from my long Christmas Break.

I've made an update video recently and hopefully in the next week I'll be making some videos focused more on one species than all of my animals.

I know lots of people are dying to see more of the Tegu, Panzer and my Boa, Lola.

Shedding Time

Its shedding time here for my Tegu and Chameleon!

Chameleon sheds are sometimes annoying and can take up to 5 days to completely come off. These sheds come off in very tiny pieces and get scattered across the enclosure. A major cleaning time is needed after these guys shed!

As for Panzer, overnight he shed off large pieces of his side and back. With him though, he has some stuck sheds on the legs and toes. When there are stuck sheds on the toes, it is very important to get these off. Sometimes the reptile needs a little extra help.

What I do is give them a bath in warm water for about 20 minutes. Sometimes your reptile won't like a bath, but just let them run and play around in there for a while. They'll settle down.

Panzer is a very tame, calm reptile. It's easy dealing with him thankfully. He'll just go limp in my hand while I peel of the extra skin.

What I've Been Up To

Oh boy, so I've been super busy lately. I haven't had time to make videos, so one day I made a bunch of videos and I've been uploading lots to keep you guys busy.

I think I've uploaded about 4 this week alone.

I'm part of my High School's Ski/Snowboard team. We race and train all the time. dryland 3 times a week and then we go out on snow about once a week.

I've been really tired from doing this, and we had our first on snow training yesterday.
I did 2 backflips down the hill trying to ride switch and man am I sore.

I've also had a fever of about 100 degrees for the past 3 days and can't seem to shake it.

Hopefully I will get some more reptile videos up soon because I know the videos I've been uploading lately were non-reptile related. Those are just a lot easier to make because I don't have to edit them and wait about a week to build up clips. For reptile feedings, they take over a month to make because I have to save clips of my animals eating.

Anyways, I'm tired. I don't even think many people read this thing so I am wasting my time :P

New Tegu

This is my new Tegu, Panzer. He is an Argentine B&W . I love him so much, he slept the whole hour long car ride home on my knee (: (shown in picture)

The expo was lots of fun!
I couldn't find a Sulcata Tortoise, so I got him (:

He is very tame, and so cute!

Halloween !

Halloween is coming !

This is by far one of my favourite holidays :D

This year I am going out trick-or-treating. I haven't gone in close to 4 years.

I'm being a 70/80's style workout girl with my friend.

Its going to be awesome.

Canadian Thanksgiving

Hey everyone (:
So this weekend was the Canadian Thanksgiving.
I spent it up at my cottage with my family.
I had lots of fun hanging with my cottage neighbor, Maddy. We went ATVing and it was funny.
Then for dinner I went to my family in Bobcaygeon. I have a 2.5 year old cousin there and he was cute. Generally I'm pretty horrible with kids, but he was smart :D

Lost Zyggy

Yeah well my kingsnake, Zyggy got out again and this time I can't find him.

I have a feeling he went down the vent into the furnace pipes.

And if thats that case, then theres no chance in getting him back, like its literally impossible..
